how to prepare for your transformation

Pick up a few things from your local farmers market, coop, or natural grocery store:

  • lemons / limes

  • celery

  • favorite fresh fruits

  • grapes

  • apples / pears

  • berries / cherries

  • dark leafy greens

Put these in a bowl on the counter and front shelf in your fridge to remind you to begin

to incorporate these healing foods into your daily dishes.

You can squeeze, cut, chop, slice, or sprinkle these foods into your water & food to start to have fun with hydration!

Preparing with extra infused water, fruits, and veggies will help you have less of a detox hangover the first few days!
